Terms of Use

These terms apply to Üni-Verse, the product catalog and collaboration platform operated by Uniteks A.Ş. ("Uniteks", "we") at uni-verse.com.tr and in the Üni-Verse mobile apps. By using Üni-Verse you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

Üni-Verse is available to Uniteks employees, customers and business partners with an account created or approved by Uniteks. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

Use Üni-Verse only for legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• share content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful;
• try to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use;
• disrupt the service, bypass its security, or copy it by automated means.

3. Content

Product information, images and designs in Üni-Verse belong to Uniteks or their respective owners. You may use them only for your business relationship with Uniteks. Content you upload remains yours; you confirm you have the right to upload it and allow us to store and display it within Üni-Verse.

4. Third-party services

Üni-Verse can connect to third-party services such as Canva. When you connect your Canva account and export products, only the product images you select are sent to Canva to create a design in your own Canva account. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva's terms. You can disconnect Canva from Üni-Verse at any time.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Üni-Verse available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Uniteks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Üni-Verse or of connected third-party services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İzmir have jurisdiction.
