Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Uniteks A.Ş. ("Uniteks", "we") handles personal data in Üni-Verse, our product catalog and collaboration platform at uni-verse.com.tr and in the Üni-Verse mobile apps.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, company, role and department.
• Content: collections, likes, messages and files you upload or share in Üni-Verse.
• Usage data: pages and products you view, searches, exports and similar activity, used to run and improve the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and notification identifiers if you enable notifications.

2. How we use it

We use this data to provide your account, show products and collections, enable sharing and messaging, send notifications you have allowed, keep the service secure and prepare internal usage reports. We do not sell personal data.

3. Canva integration

If you choose to connect your Canva account, we store the access tokens Canva issues so that we can export products on your request. When you export, only the product images you select are uploaded to your own Canva account to create a design. We do not read your existing Canva designs. Disconnecting Canva in Üni-Verse deletes the stored tokens; you can also revoke access from your Canva account settings.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Üni-Verse, such as cloud hosting and file storage, email delivery, push notifications and, for image analysis features, AI services. They process data only on our behalf. Data you send to Canva is handled under Canva's own privacy policy.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Deleted conversations and their files are removed permanently.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and other applicable laws. See our KVKK notice for details.
